Accessibility statement

The accessibility of online services means that digital services can be easily accessed by anyone, regardless of disabilities.

 

This accessibility statement was created on 21 December 2020 and covers United Bankers Plc's public websites, ie unitedbankers.fi, unitedbankers.com and uniterbankers.se.

 

The assessment of the status of the services is based on United Bankers Plc's own assessment.

Status of accessibility in United Bankers Plc online services

We are currently developing the accessibility of United Bankers Plc's online services, both in terms of ease of use and comprehensibility of the content, and from a technical point of view.

  • All United Bankers sites meet the accessibility requirements partially. There are known deficiencies of various levels in accessibility on the site and in our services.

  • Unitedbankers.fi and its publicly open services meet the accessibility requirements partially. There are known deficiencies of various levels in accessibility.

  • Pages for private persons requiring identification ("OmaUB/MittUB") do not meet all the accessibility requirements. There are known deficiencies of various levels in accessibility.
  • Document files published on the website and online services (eg doc, pdf, odt) do not meet accessibility requirements.

    • Deficiencies in files published on or after 23 September 2018 will be rectified as soon as possible.

    • The content of files published before 23 September 2018 will be provided to the customer in an accessible format if the customer so requests and the request is reasonable.

  • Not all videos and audio files published on the Site and Online Services are subtitled.

We aim to respond to feedback within 2 weeks. If you are not satisfied with the answer you have received or do not receive an answer at all, you can forward the feedback to the Regional State Administrative Agency of Southern Finland.
